The case does have damage to it in the upper left hand corner. It was cracked when I stupidly dropped it recently. The book appears no worse for wear and I plan to have it reslabbed (after a pressing) - its never been pressed and might go up a grade! This issue is the first issue in the original 1977 Star Wars comic book series from Marvel (based on the movies) and is considered the 1st appearances of ALL the main characters in the Star Wars Universe! This book is specifically part one of "A New Hope" adaption.
